Description We are looking for an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to senior executives in a fast-paced environment. This long-term contract position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. The role is based in New York, New York, and involves managing critical administrative tasks to ensure seamless daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.

Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.

Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.

Organize and manage logistics for executive meetings, including preparing agendas and taking detailed meeting notes.

Maintain and update confidential files and records, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.

Proactively anticipate the needs of executives and take initiative to resolve challenges before they arise.

Assist in the planning and execution of special projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Requirements - Minimum of 6 years of experience as an executive administrative assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives.

Advanced proficiency in word processing tools and office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex travel arrangements and manage logistics effectively.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

Proven track record of working independently and taking initiative in a dynamic environment.
